Ballet
Nursery—Primary: Pale Pink cotton Lycra leotard with attached skirt, pink ballet socks, pink leather or satin ballet shoes. All medium to long hair must be tied back, preferably in a bun or similar style.
Grade 1—2: Royal Blue Lycra leotard and skirt,
Grade 3—6: Royal Blue Lycra leotard, pink ballet tights, pink leather or satin ballet shoes. Hair must be secured neatly in a bun or similar style.
Intermediate Foundation Ballet upwards: Black or Navy Blue camisole leotard, pink ballet tights, pink leather, canvas or satin shoes. Pointe shoes. Hair must be secured neatly in a bun or similar style.
Junior & Intermediate Coaching: Royal Blue lycra leotard, no skirt. Pink ballet socks, (12yrs and over may wear pink convertible ballet tights), pink ballet shoes. Hair must be secured neatly in a bun.
Senior Coaching: Any plain suitable leotard may be worn, pink ballet tights. Hair must be secured neatly in a bun.
Modern/Tap/Jazz
Pre-Primary—Primary: Pale Pink cotton Lycra leotard with attached skirt, white
ankle socks, pink ballet shoes, red tap shoes. Royal Blue Stirrup tights optional.
Grade 1 Upwards: Royal Blue Lycra Leotard and stirrup tights, white ankle socks, Modern—pink ballet shoes, Lyrical skirt, heeled shoes. Tap—red tap shoes. Black Oxford Tap shoes are permitted for older students. All medium to long hair must be tied back.
Gym
All Grades: Royal Blue Lycra Leotard and royal blue stirrup tights. All medium to long hair must be tied back.
Boys: Black cycle shorts, white t-shirt or white boys leotard, white ankle socks and black leather ballet shoes. Black oxford tap shoes for tap.
All uniform is available to buy from Daphne Bennett School of Dancing which you will find comparatively cheaper than most dance shops. Please contact Louise on 0118 986 8000 or Jane Coleman on 0118 983 2036 if you wish to order any uniform. Jane is normally at the Burghfield Village Hall on a Thursday from 3.30pm until 7pm if you prefer to try on the stock and see Jane directly. Please make all uniform cheques payable to All Stars Theatre Academy.
